The Thriving Horizon

a convergence of story
that reveals our collective capacity to vision beyond
our current circumstance

Creation requires both the imagining and the hard work of making it true.

We have to build and cultivate the conditions for thriving to occur and that kind of imagining is rooted in imagining.

Horizon Circle:

A gathering of 12-15 people to envision a detailed, tangible description of thriving seven generations beyond the current moment of collapse.

Over the course of a year, 100 horizon circles were held across the United States and beyond to gather tangible threads of what we, as a collective, envision as thriving for our descendants. These circles were an opportunity to gather in community and articulate a shared horizon — the future we wish to build toward. The content — ideas, images, descriptions — harvested from these circles serve as the raw material from which our horizon stories emerge.
